Hey guys! Welcome back!
It's time for another Fashion Friday and this week I'm loving the classic pairing of black and gold. It's decadent, classy, goes with absolutely anything and screams opulence, or perhaps that's just me? In anycase I'm sure you will agree it's a strong line up of styles that are just dying to be accessorised. Let's get started!

1. Closet Black Frill Shoulder Shift Dress

Trust me... It's all about the statement sleeve and this dress has it in spades. A lovely interpretation of the ruffle trend, it features cascading folds that drape from the neckline, great for swooshing around ;). To create a gorgeous show stopping look perfect for any high profile event, I've teamed it with some gold chandelier earrings, extreme pegasus/ moon knuckle clutch (why not?) some killer gold leaf esque heels and a brushed gold bangle - Gorgeous!

2. Black Closet Wrap with Tie Dress

A simple yet sophisticated style with all the right detailing. A delicate V-neck cross over to draw the eye down to a cinched in waist, followed by an asymmetric skirt to show a little leg ;). A great style for so many occasions. I've teamed it with yet more glorious gold accessories, including some killer (ouch) gold strappy heels, a faux alligator tote and gold snake bangle. Deliciously decadent!

3. Closet Fitted Draped Black Dress

Last and by no means least, I've picked this fitted cap sleeve pleat waist dress that effortlessly clings and drapes on the form. It's reminiscent of those super sexy cheongsam dresses. This is a winning style if ever I saw one and possibly my favourite from the lot. Not only that but it's a new style for Closet London - Hopefully it's here to stay! I've teamed it with a gold brushed handbag, matching strappy gold and black heels and finished it off with some more chandelier earrings - Nice!

Hey guys! Welcome back to another Fashion Friday.

This week we've gone for a wardrobe overhaul with three styles you can wear for work weekend or wherever! It's a capsule collection of classic monochrome pieces teamed with hot red to lift the look and spread some Autumn cheer. I've even thrown in some quirky little red ankle wellies to help you brave the weather with confidence.

2. Closet A-Line 3/4 Sleeves Dress

Looking for a trend refresh? Great, checks are bang on trend this season! Couple that with a cute mini dress, high collar and 3/4 sleeves and you've got a winning combination. Add a cute little patent back pack and smoking red ankle wellies and you've got a fun little outfit, perfect for splashing around town.

3. Grey Closet Shawl Collar Long Sleeve Midi Dress

Yet another gorgeous style from our latest collection Highland Shadows. It's simple, minimalistic and one of our workwear staples. Not only that, but with its long sleeves, tied waist and full length skirt it makes for a great Autumn coverup. I've added some retro flame red brogues, matching broach and statement tote for a refreshing and quirky take on weekly workwear.

That's it guys. Hope you enjoyed this weeks run down! It's a tough choice but my favourite has to be look #2. Join the conversation on Facebook and tell us which one you love and why?

Enjoy your weekend guys!

Hey guys and welcome back to Fashion Friday.

This week I've found some New In contemporary styles that sing with colour! It's a punchy combination of colour that is geared towards our more eccentric shoppers. You know who you are ;) Overall it feels quite 'workwear', apart from the little asymmetric ruffle dress thrown in to mix things up, but I think this capsule would do very well both in and out of the office. It all depends how you wear it!

1.  Purple Closet Gathered Top A-line Dress

I've never really been a fan of purple. It’s not my colour and I think it can be tricky to wear. You need the right complexion for a start.... However, this shade of purple is perfect. It has undertones of navy which, as we all know, is a great wardrobe staple! Making this a lovely move on from your run of the mill navy workwear dress. It's a yes from me! I've teamed it with some punchy accessories to make this a statement look. I'm especially loving the little yellow earrings that match that super glossy yellow handbag. It's daring fun and vibrant when the days are drab.

2. Closet Asymmetric Pleated Dress

A new cut for Closet London and what a winner? The ruffle trend has been going for quite some time and we're all looking for a bit of a move on, so this Asymmetric check dress is certainly that. The colour and pattern make the ruffles deceptive and subtle, not to mention the addition of the cross over pleated neckline! This is a real favourite of mine and I see big things for this style as it's quite unique! I've tried to stay away from adding too much additional flare since it's all about the cut; I've added some contemporary heels, matching black bangle and a subtle purple bag to lift the look and create a more dynamic and younger look that I think works really well for a day at the office - Nice!

3. Mustard Closet Belted Wrap Dress

Oooooh... Mustard! I'm a big fan of this colour as (surprisingly) it works well with most complexions. Although if you still have a tan, then this is the one for you! I love this dress simply due to the contrast between that bright colour and the minimalistic cut/ styling. It screams modern chic workwear! Plus, who doesn't love a crossover and deep pocket? I've teamed it with some killer Suede ankle boots, patent black leather hand bag, black bangle and some quirky earrings. Replace the yellow belt for a black one and you've got a cracking (and I mean cracking) statement look. This piece should be on a stand in an art gallery.

That's it folks... My work here is done!
